ORDERING HINTS & TIPS

• Orders received before 12 noon (Eastern Time Zone) are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday excluding Canadian holidays.
• DHL, FedEx and/or UPS shipping is available, however you risk paying hefty import fees and taxes if you choose either of those methods.  Standard Air Mail or Express shipping (via USPS, Canada Post or EMS) is the best method for large orders.
• For US customers, orders over $250 will automatically get Express shipping at no extra charge (just choose standard air mail and we'll automatically bump it up to Express when we ship your order).
• It is best to limit your order to two or 3 products at a time.  The smaller the package...the quicker you get it (it's not us, it's the mail service and how it is shipped).
• Customers from Great Britain and Australia should limit their orders to two or three products per order to avoid paying taxes and import fees.
• Customers from Germany should limit their orders to one product per order.
• All prices are shown in USD.  We also show CAD, EUR and GBP as a courtesy.  That is an approximate calculation of the going exchange rate of the day.  Customers outside of the USA will be charged in US dollars but your bank will convert to your local currency using the rate of the day.
• We offer a guarantee on all of our DVDs...but treat them right and store them properly (ie not in the sun) and they'll last for a long time!
• DO NOT use anonymous proxies to order, or download.  Credit card fraud has exploded to the point where processors are now DECLINING orders that come from proxies.  Your order will be automatically cancelled.  Should you use anonymous proxies to download, the IP will be blocked as will any and all future orders (ie - you're banned for life).
• We're always open, and we aren't going anywhere!  We are 100% legal and above board and we've been in business online for more than 7 years!

RETURN POLICY

• All sales are final, no returns on opened product.  Please ensure you ready everything on the movie description page regarding region coding and picture quality.
• We will exchange defective DVDs with the same title.  We have a 100% lifetime guarantee on all Azov Films (purchased from this website only).  Providing you took proper care of your DVD, we'll replace it if it ever becomes defective (not applicable to Blu-Ray or DVD5/DVD9).
• If the title cannot be replaced because of stock issues or technical problems, then we will refund or replace with an alternate title of your choice of equal or lesser value.

PRIVACY INFO

• The information we collect on the order form is to complete the transaction.  You will never be put on a mailing list unless you subscribe, and you will only receive an email from us to: 1) confirm an order, 2) change of status to your order or delivery, and 3) tracking information (if applicable). 
• We do not collect data without your knowledge when you visit our site; and if you choose to provide such information to us it is not accessible to any other individual or business.
• Our SSL server for credit card transactions features 128 bit encryption.  Not sure?  Just look for the "Lock" in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser!  What does this mean?  No one can view or hijack your information.
• You have the option of putting your email address on our mailing list.  This mailing list is only for email and only for promotional use.  Once a week you will receive an automatically generated email advising of new and upcoming releases.  You do have the option of removing your name from the list at any time.
