ARE NUDIST / NATURIST FILMS LEGAL?

For the most part, YES.  The naturist/nudist films and documentaries sold by Azov Films are legal in every city, every state and every county within the United States of America and every province within Canada.

WHAT MAKES NATURIST FILMS LEGAL WHEN THERE MAY BE NUDE CHILDREN INVOLVED?

Practicing Naturism in the USA is protected by the First Amendment.  In Canada, practicing Naturism is protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  Films showing naturists practicing naturism would fall under Federal Jurisdiction.  Currently, there is no Federal law written that specifically addresses films showing individuals, children included, involved in practicing naturism.  However, it is common not to consider these films illegal as the individuals are obviously not engaged in sexual activity (it is common knowledge of what can be considered as sexual activity).  Pornographic films, however, involving minors are not protected by the First Amendment or the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

If the naturist film contains a minor child (widely considered to be a person under the age of 18) then USC Title 18, Section 2257 is evaluated in the USA, and Section 163.1 of the Criminal Code of Canada.  These sections of the law define, and specifically forbid, material involving minors engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity.  Furthermore, anything that is "lewd" can also be considered as "pornographic".  For example, close ups of the genital area or sexually suggestive poses can be considered "lewd" and thus illegal under the aforementioned sections of the law.  A true naturist film that does not violate the law will not have close ups of the reproductive organs of the participants; children and adults alike. 

The depiction of adults and children nude in the visual media has enjoyed constitutional protection in the United States since 1958, when the Supreme Court vacated a Court of Appeals finding that Sunshine & Health magazine could be obscene (Sunshine Book Co. v. Summerfield, Postmaster General, 355 U.S. 372). The right to depict adults and children in innocent nude poses has been upheld without a pause for more than 40 years. In case after case, the Supreme Court and lower courts have always upheld the constitutionality of "nudity without more," specifically referring to the nudist depiction as a fully constitutional form of expression.   The Azov Films naturist videos are widely sold in all of the United States, United Kingdom, Asia, Europe, South America, Canada, Australia and Africa. The only exception may be countries where nudity of any kind is banned, i.e.  Iraq, Syria, and Iran.
