SYNOPSIS: Dominoes is the name of the game, but before that Evgeniy, Daniel, Vechslav, Sergey Vitaliy and Stanislav stop off at a popular watering hole for a picnic lunch, swimming and some good ol’ play in the sand!  As the rain clouds and thunder roll in, putting a damper on an otherwise great afternoon outside, a trio of new comers to the Azov Films family say goodbye to their pals and head inside.  A mixture of sugary and salty treats and some Russian tea fuels this triple threat of raging hormones for a splashing good time in the sauna, and a relaxing game of Dominoes.

EDITORIAL REVIEW:  Scattered throughout Ukraine are thousands of tiny lakes and ponds that are perfect settings for family picnics...or for six boys on the cusp of adolescence to burn off some energy!  There's lots of digging, mud slinging, running and swimming that needs to be done this afternoon - because with only weeks away until the start of another school year, there's still more fun to be had!  The temperate climate of Lugansk means there's always a chance of rain, and sometimes that rain comes at the most inopportune times.  Soon enough, has the thunder gets louder and the rain drops get bigger, the boys have no choice but to take cover.  But, that is actually the perfect opportunity to meet the boys for a sit-down interview (now that's how to "make lemonade out of lemons")!  After the interview, we get an even closer look at three new comers to the Azov Films family: the outgoing and popular Evgeniy Kryukov (Zhenya, as his friends call him - yes another Zhenya), shy and timid Daniel Markin (who takes a while to come out of his shell) and the ham Vechslav Ovchinnikov.  These boys make up the nearly 80 minutes of footage inside the banya (that's a Russian bath, or sauna, for those of you who haven't figured it out yet) having fun, having snacks, and playing some Dominoes.  The game lasts only as long as it takes the boys to realize that a wet and slippery, ceramic-tiled floor makes for some great sliding!
