SYNOPSIS: A club by boys, for boys is Azov Films' feature presentation today!  We go back to The Azov Gym with the boys and play witness to their lifting weights, arm wrestling and swimming in the heated indoor pool!  Join Anton, Artem, Dima and Alexey in The Boys Club as they burn off some adolescent energy, keep fit and have fun!  

EDITORIAL REVIEW: One of our top sellers in 2009 is The Azov Gym.  Although this is not really a sequel to that great film, we have indeed gone back to the gym with the boys!  The Boys Club features things only boys could love: Lifting weights, arm wrestling, more weight lifting, and of course swimming and horseplay in the pool!  We first greet the boys as they meet up and head to the now familiar gym.  Inside they get into their swim suits and waste no time getting wet.  Even Dima, who just last year couldn't swim and was afraid of the water, jumps in and enjoys splashing around with his close friends.  The more experienced swimmers take Dima aside to the wading pool and give him a few lessons with the "dog paddle".  After some more play in the "big boy pool", the foursome get changed and into their gym clothes.

Leg lifts, sit-ups, arm curls, a few rounds with the punching bag and even some arm wrestling tests the boys' strength and endurance as they spend about 20 minutes working those muscles and working up an apatite.

Even after all of their rambunctious energy-draining behavior at The Boys Club, they somehow find enough fuel for another exhausting 80 minutes in the sauna!  More swimming and water fights are the precursor for some relaxing "boy time" in the heat while getting a Hornbeam massage.  Follow this with a game of Checkers, and some other made up game that involves flicking the checkers across the board, all the while refueling on junk food for some more water fights!  Just a side note here, we tried to translate the rules of this "made up game" but it didn't make any sense.  So you're pretty much on your own trying to figure it out!

Finally, before we end this marathon, the boys interview each other about everything from what they did over Christmas, to their favorite memory, to how they meet girls.  And in this interview we find out some rather touching information about Anton that we never knew before and it will make you go, "Aweeeeeeee." ;-)

At 112 minutes, The Boys Club ranks amongst some of our more lengthy releases.  If you liked The Azov Gym, you're sure to like this one too!
