SYNOPSIS: In this remarkably inventive and comedic drama set in a small town in vast, empty Patagonia (Argentina), the gawky Lucas, a 16-year-old time bomb of hormones, boredom and family alienation, hangs out with his hunky and horny best friend, Nacho, and bespectacled, mousey, gal pal Andrea.  The threesome cope with the trials and burgeoning adolescence by getting high and getting off - mostly with each other.

EDITORIAL REVIEW:  This surprisingly well made feature from a country not really known for their movie exports, stars Nahuel Pérez Biscayart as Lucas, a 16-year-old boy who likes girls, boys and sniffing glue.  Nahuel Viale plays Nacho, Lucas' best friend who needs to be stoned or drunk to like boys, but prefers the company of the local hottie, Andrea, played quite well by Inés Efron.  Shot entirely without using a tripod, you get the feeling that you're actually watching a documentary; almost a "day in the life of" type of film about Lucas.  Excellent cinematography and outstanding acting.  Think Argentina's version of Larry Clark's breakthrough notty little film, Kids.  This film is not rated, but it did get the "Parental Advisory - Explicit Content" logo slapped on it.
