• All orders are shipped within one business day after you order.
• All items are shipped USPS First Class or Standard Air Mail unless otherwise requested.
• Standard Air Mail takes anywhere from 7 to 11 business days to arrive.
• Overnight shipping is NOT available.
• EMS Courier Express Mail (to countries outside of the USA) takes anywhere from 3 to 6 business days to arrive.
• All items going to Germany are shipped individually.
• All items going to Great Britain and Australia are shipped 2 to 3 per package.

AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES

We ship all over the world, with very limited restrictions.

Typically, delivery takes anywhere from 2 to 4 business days for USA clients and 7 to 11 business days everywhere else.  A business day is Monday through Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (9am to 5pm).   Some customers outside of the USA receive their shipments in 3 business days, others in 27 business days, most within 11 business days.  Please HAVE PATIENCE when expecting your order.

During holidays and other peak periods expect your shipments to be delayed.  Weather may also play a role in how soon or how late you receive your shipment.  Whenever possible, please wait until at least the 21st business day before contacting us about a possibly late shipment.  Shipments are rarely lost, in those cases 99% of the time they turn up eventually (sometimes even 3 months later)!  If after 24 business days you still do not have your order, we will reship.  1 calendar month is approximately 24 business days.  So, for example, you ordered on September 1 and it is now October 1 - we will reship on October 2.

Standard Parcel / letter within Canada: 1 to 5 business days.

Expedited Parcel within Canada: 2 to 4 business days.

Xpress Post within Canada: 1 to 3 business days.

First Class Mail within the United States: 2 to 4 business days.

Standard Air Mail to United Kingdom: 7 to 11 business days (usually within 4 days).

Standard Air Mail to Germany: 7 to 11 business days (usually within 4 days).

Standard Air Mail to EVERYWHERE ELSE: 7 to 11 business days (but can take up to 31 business days depending on your geographical location and how efficient your local postal service is).

• QUESTION: Do you ship to Germany? Versenden Sie nach Deutschland?
• ANSWER: Yes we do!  We have many customers from Germany.  However, we ship your DVDs one at a time.  You can order as many as you want, but they will be shipped separately.  This is the best method for shipping to your country.

• QUESTION: How are your discs shipped?
• ANSWER: No frills discs, if ordered on their own, are shipped in a slim protective shell or paper sleeve and packed in a generic Jiffy Mailer (bubble envelope).  For all other DVDs, we ship in a generic Jiffy Mailer.  During the checkout process, you have the option of adding an extra durable cardboard DVD Mailer (as shown below) which is then packed inside the Jiffy Mailer.  This is the best option to guarantee that your DVDs do not get damaged during transport.

• QUESTION: How much is shipping to my country?
• ANSWER: An accurate shipping total can be calculated by adding items to your shopping cart and selecting your country.  Our shipping charge is weight based and we have several methods to choose from.  We make no money on shipping, and there is no handling charge!
